Opening
| This year you can visit the tropical greenhouses of the Butterfly House, the exhibitions, the projections, from 8 May to 17 October. We are open every day, without exception. |
| The butterfly kitchen (the outdoor kiosks, which offer you the best of Friulian cuisine, with healthy products and 0 km) is open on weekends until the end of June and then every day in July and August. |

Guided tours
- The tours take place by appointment only.
- A guide costs 35 €.
- A guided tour takes about 90 minutes.
- Each guide follows a group of maximum 20 people.
- We do guided tours in Italian, German and English.
Other services
- We accept POS payments with credit cards.
- We are equipped for the reception of visitors with disabilities.
- We have a well-stocked kiosk with hot and cold meals (open on many Sundays and public holidays) .
- We have green outside area, plus a large covered area with benches.
- Dogs can enter the structure; they can also enter the greenhouses, in their owner’s arms, if they are small.
- We have a shop with many gifts and a nature-themed gadgets.
- We have a changing table for your children.
